Smile Makeovers: Case 20

Description

This smile makeover shows a dramatic change for many reasons. First, the patient had a dark crown on her front tooth that had always bothered her. The darkness was due to the tooth underneath being severely damaged thus needing a root canal. The existing crown, as seen in this photo, did not properly fit the gumline, and the remaining teeth were discolored. Her midline was also slanted. This patient was an excellent candidate for an entire smile makeover.
